i had this blue violet diode from a philips blue ray dvd player forgot the model but got this part number ..
and of course im a newby .
and when i connect it to the driver it wont lasse .. pin out top +
mid not use which is
attached to base of
the diode.
bottom -
but when i connect the negative to the not used part ( which is the pin out connected to d base of the diode it lit up ...... pls help why is it........ tnx in advance
