Who has the best price here for 650 and 405

Who here has the best prices for 650nm and 405nm laser modules above 250mw? Also I have a 3.6volt -4.2 volt rechargable laser host powered by 3 AA rechargable batteries and I was wondering what is the mw limit for a 405nm in an Aixiz module as far as being able to fit a driver inside the module...is a maxed out 6x the best....since an 8x has to have a custom built driver and would not fit inside? If you build modules really high power ones at good prices please leave a post for this voltage range to operate on. THANKS!

You could use 3 18500 (virtually same size as AA) batteries and a Rkcstr driver with an 8X up to 440ma giving you well into the 500mW range.
Alternatively you could use the flexdrive if you want to just use your AA batteries. Not sure of the limitations of the flexdrive and 8X diodes.

btw, I believe the size you are looking for is 14500 (14x50 round)
