Which one of these is a Diode?

Hello LPF,

I had this broken laptop lying in my store for many days and I decided to harvest some beautiful diodes out of the Sony Optiarc CRX880A DVD burner. I have harvested the Diodes(looks like them, i'm not sure), but to my surprise I didn't find any rectangular, circle, round diode, which infact should be a Reddie:wtf:.So, I've got these pics and you gottatell which one is the diode.:yabbem:

Both of them are diode combo; in a package, there is both photodiode arrays (for brightness comparison of the pits and lands to be translated into data) and laser diode. One diode that you destroyed would be 650 - 635nm red laser diode (DVD readout diode), and other one with black plastic insert would be 780nm Infrared laser diode (CD readout diode).
