I was always on the fence regarding buying the DragonLasers 589nm laser pointer (because was in college at the time, not really a justifiable expense with my spare cash saved), but as of 2020 I discovered they discontinued all their laser pointers, and CNI doesn't sell them directly either. Were these ever made in a format compatible with common battery sizes such as AAA? If so, does anyone have any recommendations on where I might be able to find such a laser?
