Hmm... It would be hard to name the most interesting, though probably either restoring an old WWII K98 or successfully making some really, really pro red stars, complete with crackling effects! 
Actually, probably the most enjoyable thing would be drilling several rock chucks out at ~1/3 mile and hearing a pro-hunter friend of mine (Excellent shot) go "I DONT FREAKIN BELIEVE IT!" each time! ;D ;D ;D
