What kind of laser should I use?

Our club is preparing for my school festival,
and we are planning to make a parabola.

The matter is, we are going to use laser to show people that
if the light go into the parabola, it goes through the focus of the parabola.

SO, the laser beam should be seen, but we bought a laser that is not strong enough to see the beam.


What kind of laser should we buy??

We need laser that we can see the beam clearly.. but not so expensive though

Mix a little milk in water. That will allow the beam to
become visible.

i thought about that, but since we are making it with acryl,
I think we should use the fog machine or so

At least try the milk if you have never done it before.
It is much more effective than a fog machine, and
much cheaper, too. It also impresses science
teachers for some reason. Especially female ones

But since the acryl is 1T, I dont think it will work well..

Anyway, have you thought of building your own laser? You can build a really bright one for not too much!
