I'm looking to make an interactive laser that I can use for a PC monitor. as seen on marvels agents of shield.
also seen on ironman. Is this at all possible.

Im not sure what you mean by "interactive laser" if you mean like this It is possible but you will need a laser projector. :)

I mean to replace a PC monitor using lasers and light sensors.
as to create an interactive holographic laser projection.
I'm struggling to put my thoughts into words. It's a tourettes thing.

You want to make a volumetric display.

That'll cost a ton. And you won't be able to stick your hands in it either.
Some medical centres have them. Basically they're mirrors that spin very fast and have a projector that projects onto it.

Some Japanese researchers made a volumetric display with lasers. Basically, if you focus enough laser power onto a point in the air, the air turns to plasma.
But the thing's a size of a fridge, not to mention it's monochrome and projects images made of dots the size of golfballs.

Plasma produces ozone, which is slightly poisonous, not to mention you probably don't want to touch that (hot, and laser burns and stuff).

Thank you for your reply. It is much appreciated. It's good to finally meet some one who
Knows what they're talking about.
