What Diode do # KEM-400AAA sleds have?

are the diodes in these sleds any good? the sled is from a ps3 and that is the part number

The part number refers to the complete chassis which contains the KES-400A sled , which has the 5-10mW sony blu-ray diode I believe.

lol that kinda sucks i found 6 of them for 30 bucks, but they arent very powerful ;-\
