Need to know what FDA class this would be considered. Hoping that it is a class 1 laser.

Class 4 if its not a typo 60w ??? Is hugely powerful ..or 3b if over 5mW to 500 mW

If the beam exits the machine and outputs 500mW or higher, it's a class IV laser.

Not 100% sure how this thing works... are many 100mW beams from the different diodes combined?

100mW is class IIIb.

That is an unlicensed/illegal laser for medical use in the USA. Not to mention potentially dangerous quack science.

1) Marketing department adds wild medical claims to anything with LASER in the title.

2) Poor (not financially, but cognitively) bastards purchase the product.

3) Cured by placebo effect.
