I'm again trying to make a red powerful burning laser. Last time I burned 300mW laser with 100mA current when diode was in big heatsink in 2secs. This time I don't want that happen again to me. I have focusable laser host Focusable Laser Module Host/5.6mm Laser Diode Case w/h Lens/DIY Laser Host/1pcs | eBay, got 3,7V LiPo, 7,4V LiPO, 11,1V LiPO battery packs, fully charged are 4,2V, 8,4V and 12,6V. I found one more laser diode NEW Mitsubishi 645-655nm 350-500mw High-Power Red Laser Diodes LPC-836/1 pcs/pck | eBay. Is it good? I don't have much money to buy very expensive lasers
. Will it work good with my LD host universal lens? Host's heatsink enough or need bigger? I'm good in soldering, so can u advice what cheaper power suply to make or better buy this one 1 Pcs 635nm 300mw-500mw Laser Diode Driver | eBay?
