Website pages saved on PC on android?

I have a few website pages that I saved on my PC. I save certain webpages because the page itself can be taken down. But when I save it to my PC I have it for good.

Anyways, is there a way to take these saved webpages from my PC and put them on my android to read later?

Take a couple of screen shots and put them together in Photoshop? I mean if it's worth the trouble haha. Or why do you save them straight from your android device?
