Laser Pointer Forums - Discuss Laser Pointers | High Power Lasers

Ok, I have a '50mW' DL moule and I am convinced it is a lot more powerful than advertised, going by the fact it can light matches from up to 1.5 meters away.

I don't have a power meter and would rather not post it to anyone to get it tested. So is there any other way I can test the power output?

There is absolutly no way that is 50mW, more like double that.
