waterproof laser

Does anyone know anything about waterproof lasers?  Ive looked at a few sites and find quite a few differences.  I'm looking for a SCUBA diving laser - preferably green.  Here's what I've come across so far:

wow - the laser you sent me to was 199 pounds - over $400. I think the first one I linked (above) was the same laser for $90. Lasers are not cheap in the UK are they?
