Wanting to buy a laser, have questions.

Alright i live in the U.S. So what i've read is that any laser greater than 5mW is illegal?

So what i'm wondering is does anyone live in the U.S. and have ordered a laser greater than 5mW and not had it seized by customs? if so, where did you order it?

Anyone recommend any good sites to order lasers from to the U.S. or that are in the U.S.?

p.s. im wanting to get atleast 200mW-500mW laser, looking to only about $129.00 Max, also hoping to get safety goggles as well.

Is that cheap laser really worth it? whats the difference between that one and the 100 dollar one? they both say 200mW

i know their different and all but they both are about 300mW, is it worth the price for the more expensive one? or is the cheaper one just as good?
