Hi,Forums!Do you wanna tomake IR light upconversion to display on a piece of card?The IR detetection card would be helpful!
Two types:
Type-A,the active detecting area is the white space with diameter 30mm,
the substrate is made of glass, the frame is made of plastic. The active detecting area can be coverd with the frame when it not be used.Its superior performance can endure high-power laser, can be used iscientific research and industry.
Type-B,the real size of the product: 60mm*20mm*2mmThe active detecting area is the part (the upper picture Left 1) with 20mm*20mm. It can make IR light upconversion to disply bright green.
Place the part in the light-emitting zone when use it.
The substrate is made of precision ceramics with smooth surface.
Its superior performance can endure high-power laser, and is ideal for scientific research and industry.
Wavelength: 800[ch65374]1600 nm
Usually: 808nm 850nm 904nm 980nm 1064nm
The minimum power[ch65306] 100mw, even if the TV remote controller's IR LED can make the card display.
The maximum power[ch65306]what the card can endure, be equal to Precision Alumina Ceramic (Alumina 95%). High-power laser can make the card display bright green.
Applications:
1. IR upconversion material card for YAG / Fiber laser equipment testing
2. IR upconversion material card for IR lasers / LD / LED testing
