upgrade green laserpointer

I bought a green laserpen of 50Mw a week ago and had the question if u could upgrade it or something to make it more powerfull to burn through tape and stuff.
can some1 help me?

You could upgrade it by buying a new one. ;D

You could try optics if it doesn't have adjustable focus.
