Just 420mA. That's the sweet spot and almost all red burner lasers are nearly the same, unlike blu-ray diodes which differ significantle among each other. (if long open can, watch out for some cheap 20x burners with weaker short open can diodes)

don't buy lite on and stay away from samsun

That's what I used to make my burner. Great diode, tough to harvest though. Takes lots of patience.
