Anybody who is interested in watching live UFC PPV's on their PC, read the following.

Websites like 'ustream' and 'jtv' always get shut down. ZUFFA is quite fast in removing the streams, and getting to watch even one round is usually met with disruption and stress finding another stream.


I have found the best way to get your barbaric fill, just follow these few easy steps.


First download SOPCAST. It is a player that opens on your desktop and has the option to record the incoming stream.

There is no registration, fees, or ads to deal with, just live streaming MMA. There are other channels from various parts of the world, but we will leave that out for now..

Download sopcast here > http://www.brothersoft.com/d.php?so...nternet/miscellaneous/Setup-SopCast-3.2.9.exe

Once you get installed, you need to enter the channel at the top of the main window in your sopcast app.

Copy and paste this for MMA-TV > sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/24267


Thats it!! Once in a blue moon the person who runs the channel fails to broadcast. This is rare and the streams are awesome for a freebie.


I will bump this thread within days of new events. All UFC events run on Sat. nights starting at 9pm est.

Also forgot to mention, the feed usually starts at the last minute. So if you dont get a feed
at 8:55pm dont sweat it, it will be on at 9...

No problem

I should also mention that the same channel will also run Pride FC, K1 events, Bellator etc.

So when there is a PPV or an event you cannot get locally, check the channel at the appropriate start time.

LOL, when UFC went live from Abu Dahbi in the mid east the live run was like 1pm est. I didn't even bother watching that one live. So I can see where you are coming from ...

Not sure, but with sopcast there are no delays.. There are a huge number
of other sports channels as well. If you are trying to avoid delays, look for the
sopcast channel that carries the desired feed.

When Penn's up against a good stand up fighter...he's fcuked. I think he's gone down hill lately, just like Mir's last few fights..he got pummeld.

Remember, tonight's prelims start at 9pm est, main fight card should be at 10.

Couture is going to pwn James Toney... This should settle the MMA vs Boxing
to some extent. Hopefully it will open the door and get more boxers in the octagon.

One things for sure, its interesting listening to an MMA fighter talk in interviews,
then hearing the poor boxer and the mush that his brain has become.

There is no way anybody can say that boxing is safer. There are less deaths in MMA
overall, and the obvious brain damage of a boxer is just not present even in fighters
like Couture at the age of 47 and still kicking mucho butt

@ Pilgor, I bet you are also stoked about the news... MMA is coming to ON!!

Rumor has it, that the first main event will have GSP on the card... gonna be crazy
in T.O :beer:

MMA Ontario in 2011, but we now now have doctors in Canada petitioning to bar MMA in Canada. There have only been 3 deaths in sanctioned MMA worldwide. Boxing sees that number easily per year.

Also The Ultimate Fighter starts Sept 15. Koscheck vs GSP

koscheck deserved it, first he fakes an eye poke while fight anthony jhonson because he got rocked. Then against daley he fakes getting knead to the head while he was on the ground again because he was rocked. Koscheck is the sydney crossby of MMA.
