Dont get those, they looked like they would level off at about 190mw from that graph, and there would be no easy way to get them pulsed, and even if you could theres no data sheets for them so you wouldnt know if they would even give that pulsed, here is a site where these have been tested and are very realiable and a good price...http://stonetek.org/shop/index.php?main_page=

So true wooooooooo... ;D In fact I have that very same graph on my desktop from months ago when Dr.Lava was doing group buys for the Rohm diode. I am almost 100% positive it is his graph.
