True 200 mw green laser module

I know this question is not something new but please let's talk a little about From where to buy a true 200 mw green laser module ( used in laser pointer pens ) ?
But this must to be very true 200 mw

Does it have to be 12mm (to fit in a pen host), or are you open to other sizes? Also, what is your price range?

Yes I need 12 mm diameter .Please tell me from where on this internet, ebay, or other on-line companies could I purchase a very very true 200 mw green

A PGL-VI-532 from CNI should work. IIRC They resell through Dragonlasers, Optotronics, and Laserglow. You could also try Lasever. These will all be excellent quality, and most likely overspec.

On all from these companies are not 200 mw green laser modules pens shape 12 mm diameter.

The 150's should be close to 200. Have you tried laserlands, or maybe o-like? Is there a reason you want a module instead of a completed laser?

I tried laserlands and unfortunately are not so good

Just checked, o-like has a 200mw, but its 25mm in diameter.

As I said, the cni-made ones will be excellent quality and very likely overspec. You can also get a pre-assembled 200mw green laser for a good price.
