Thorlabs Laser Diode L638P200

I really need to know who makes this laser diode. L638P200
Thorlabs doesn't provide any documentation and also it's very expensive on Thorlabs.

Whats so special?
You could use a 638nm 185mW sharp diode. Almost the same Power and also SM, but WAY cheaper.
