The wait goes on...

I wait as the laser slowly approaches. It seems to not be moving. It has now been three weeks, in the dry desert of anticipation. How long must I wait in the dying heat till it arrives?

My SF501B is taking a while... it's been about 3 weeks since it shipped. I think sci-fi is a great company, but with these shipping times...

Next time I pay for the most expensive expedited shipping. If there is a next time.

Still no tracking number.

UPDATE:

It's been about 6 weeks. Is it time for a refund or replacement? I've given up on waiting for it. The tracking code simply says "Departed to United States".

What method of payment did you use? Which shipping option did you chose at checkout?

If I were you(and picked a quick shipping method, for example FedEx which generally does 3-10 Intl delivery) I would ask for a charge back. I am not saying Joker is a scammer but for me, I would rather be safe then sorry. If the item does eventually arrive, send Joker the money back for the unit. :yh:

Edit: Actually, Joker did send the item, so you might need to talk to the shipping company about that. We need more information, like date it was shipped etc..

Thanks! I checked the website and it says 7-11 days to the USA. I would talk to PayPal and see if they can at least put a hold on the payment until you receive it. No point in paying for something you never get :yh:

I have talked to ultralight01. The shipment will arrive to him by Thursday. Even if it means I need to send him a new unit via EMS Express.

He will get this unit this week. Nothing to worry about.

Are you checking the USPS website (if sent by Israel Post - or another carrier if it wasn't)? Israel Post is notoriously wrong on their tracking numbers.
