even though i have not ordered from them i sent them this to see if they respond

in three days they replied this
Please provide your original order ID, name and shipping address so we
can track your purchase in our cart history. We tried to locate the
information in the previous email and we cant trace it.

Once you supply this information, we will send you an RMA form and
replace your unit.

I'm so sorry i meant to send that to another laser company.
 





It's because you didnt actually buy a laser from them; if you had, they'd have tracked down your information and not replied.
