Just had an epic laser battle for the Nugget casino in downtown Sparks (5 minutes away from Reno), there were at least 25 people with ALL green lasers (most of them were low power ~50mw) shining them on the casino as thousands watched, I must say, thanks to this forum, my 200mw was enough to prevail as the brightest there

next year i want to go back with a 1 or 2 watt 445nm though
just to blow them out of the water!

I had a similar experience at a rave themed party, 5-50mW laser shooting up, out comes my 400mW cannon, it wasn't focused to infinity either, and it was kind of muggy/dusty/smoky so looked incredible:eg:

LOL! Well, 520mW wouldn't have been that much brighter than my 400mW but would be epic.

I wish there was a major laserist convention, but this community just isn't big enough yet

Can you imagine synchronized beaming of 1000+ high powered lasers into the sky

i sold it to some sun valley scumbag; it was a 200mw green also, but it was mode hopping and i didn't want it anymore (i didn't mention that in the ad, but i told him in person). I got 120 bucks for it. More than I expected.
I want to see your 522mw DontLazeMe, maybe i could buy something off of you as well, you said you live in wingfield?

I did notice your listing, playing with traffic isn't exactly the thing to suggest to people buying a high power laser...

That's a REALLY bad thing to suggest. Forgetting for a second repercussions to a hobby I've grown to enjoy greatly, there is exposure to civil and possibly criminal charges...
