Here I have for sale my beloved 9mm laser, and I hope it finds a responsible owner. I am looking to sell this laser resonably quickly so I will consider resonable offers. Thanks
Laser Specs:
- 9mm 445nm diode (DTR)
- G1 Lens (jayrob)
- X-Drive driver 2.1A (Laseerer)
- Stainless Steel Host w/ Extended copper heat sink (SL)
- Extended aluminum focus ring with "Afterglow" ring
- Very high concentration GITD applied to the sides of the host
Typical output for these diodes at this current is 2.6W referenced here:

The host has a few miles on it but being stainless it shows no wear. The diode itself has less than 30min on it. I build this laser to maximize heat transfer and to keep the diode as stable as possible. Arctic silver was used at the module-sink and the sink-host connections. Arctic alumina was used to sink the back of the diode to the heat sink and to sink the driver aswell.
A nice cautious duty cycle I'd say would be 45sec on then cool.
More pics!
The beam can be clearly seen in a well lit room.
Actually in the time it took for me to take that beam pic I toasted my white wall 5ft away. Needs a touch up now.
Here's a couple pics of the GITD action.
It will light a candle.
My stipulations are you must be 21+ to order, and must must must have laser safety goggles for the 445nm wavelength. If you own a laser of this power and don't have goggles you will hurt yourself, no question. I'm asking $335 shipped, I will include the pictured charger and a pair of batteries for $10 if requested. Ty for looking!
