Greetings forum members/potential buyers,
I want to sell a powerful 9mm 445-450nm laser, built originally by Rick Trent, a known builder and high power laser experimen(ta)tor in the forums. Reason I'm letting this 3.2W blue beamer go is to get more funds for the DSLR I currently have borrowed.
Since this particular 3.2W kit was one of the first ones in Rick Trent's high powered lasers line (originally bought from his ebay store), I believe the following review might give you a good idea of what this laser is about:
There are also some more Rick Trent's 445-450nm 3W+ laser reviews from other members, browsing through B/S/T and 445nm section contains a lot of information.
Apparently only the up-to-date pictures will display the condition of the laser I'm putting here for sale. All in all this laser is in mint condition, there are no visible defects on the host body, the photon(s) output is strong and clean. I always kept the beam on under 45seconds, the total runtime on this unit would be less then 30 minutes. There are 5 beam modes available (high- medium-low-strobe-SOS), most of the times I've preferred the high mode.
For a life longevity of the module 30sec is recommended, though.
Pictures taken today on the 18th of October 2013.
Closer look at module with the focus ring & 9mm lens as the most important laser part.
Allow me to add 2 LPM graphs taken with LaserBee 5W Ophir. This truly is a 3.2W blue lightsaber! Tested with 2x26650 4500mAh Trustfire batteries nearly fully charged.
Asking price: $220 incl. shipping. Registered with tracking number. I will ship the laser disassembled as shown in the pictures, well wrapped & secured, the module will come in antistatic bag. I can add 1x18650 charger and 2 plastic tubes for 2x18650 batteries for free.
Important note: Buyer must agree to be 18+ years old, to be fully aware of potential hazard of laser usage and is strongly advised to use appropriate safety protection (glasses)! If interested and/or have more questions regarding this sale, please shoot me a PM!
Thanks for reading!
