at some new host ideas and found these LED pen lights made by Rayovac at WalMart for $3.38,

1 AAA battery with a boost circut to 3 volts and 98mA,

 

its in a little housing behind the LED module which unscrews from the front

 

And the Aixiz almost perfectly fits in it, not even a mm difference so thermal epoxy it in and bam.
My idea is a flexdrive, with this boost circut, = a blue-ray or red in a CHEAP pen.
Ideas, questions, comments, or I'm just stupid for trying this posts welcome

This is a nice little host. Someone else here has done a build with this host a couple months ago, dont remember who it was tho. It is very do-able. Enjoy your build if you choose to do it.
