The :-* is under the main bar, but the devil one [smiley=evil.gif] you have to click on more smileys.

That's exactly his point, is that there's allot of evils but no kisses. I've only seen the kiss one used a couple times, a girl that was around for about a month used the heck out of it though. :-*
