Wow Lots of good info to be had here I think :-) I see lots of hand-holding going on - who is actually building these "DIY" lasers ? What the hell does the, "Y" stand for in DIY ? HAHAHAHAHAHA ! I am thinking that I should buy up some parts, try, THEN ask for help if I get stuck - I think that is the spirit that is attempting to grow here if I am not too far off it ? Anyways, I am glad I Googled, "Lasers" and found my way here....seems like a nice place, with a few nice people :-)

P.S. WOW do I have ashit-ton of stuff to read ! Ooooooooooof ! {Grins before diving in again}
 





Its always best to do reasearch before you put it together :P. Next thing you know youl be putting it in a 2aa maglite and we all know how that will turn out ;D.

(By the way dont do that i was being sarcastic.. it will kill the diode)

Yeah ! That kipkay fella must be a genius !!! WOW I was serisously thinking about the mag0lite modification, but looks like it would fit the Dorcy Jr so much better !

w[o]nlazer was being sarcastic ;D DONT just stick 2AA's into a diode. ::)
 
Yah dont put it with 2aa's, i was joking it will kill your diode instantly if not faster, sure some people got a week out of them but do you really want al that time building it and harvesting the diode if you got it out of a dvd burner going to waste.

(I like all the marching smiley faces, looks cool)

To get them to move use [ move] [/move] [move]just take out the spaces[/move]
