Scam. Too lazy to find it but theres another post that goes more indepth about it somewhere here.
 
This guy was reviewed by Kenom. His meter is nothing but a silicon photodiode and his statements are all untrue. Overall... not worth it AT ALL!

If you are desperate for some laser power meter well calibrated and for cheap, I'd suggest Sam Goldwasser. In his classifieds he has some photodiodes for pretty cheap. He calibrates them as you like and to whatever frequency you like. And at the price he is asking, nothing can ever beat that. ($20 or so shipped)
