So I saw a bit of fog in my lense so I attempted to clean it, when the little glass bit fell out of the holder. I’ve now attempted to put it back in every way, yet I can nolonger achieve a beam and this is what I get. Can someone properly guide me?

Your lens is defocused. Can you see the point at which the beam comes together then spreads out again? Yeah that means you rotated the lens inside and it's now focused to that point.

Ask Sanwu what to do.
Lens should not fall out of the lens holder ---maybe they can send you a replacement.
Could be you put the lens back in backwards and it no longer can be focused correctly---try reversing it perhaps.

The lense 100% fell out. I’ve tried putting it back in every way possible and I still can’t get it to work correctly

Contact Sanwu and see if they will help you by telling you how to correctly adjust the focus or maybe send you a replacement lens in lens holder. Is probably your best bet.
