Safety goggles for cheap chinese laser

Hey, this cheap chinese laser just came in the mail:

I know it's not actually 1000mw but it's just for fun. Anyway, I want to not burn my eyes with the IR that is probably leaking from this laser. I'm trying to decide between the Eagle Pair® 190-540nm & 800-2000nm for $58 and the Eagle Pair® 190-540nm & 900-1700nm for $49.

Do I need the 800nm protection? And is that a good deal?

If you're worried about IR, than yes, you need protection for 800nm.

Green lasers can leak both 808 and 1064nm.

Cool, would you say these are the cheapest that I can find? They're on survival lasers for $58

could I glue an IR filter in front of my laser and then get regular 535nm goggles instead?
