Safety Goggles for a 1W laser

hey everyone
im new to lasers, and have built a 1W laser with 445nm
i havent tested yet because i know i have to buy some laser safety glasses, so i guess i was wondering is there any cheap-ish one on the market that anyone could recommend, also what can i look at without glasses eg:the dot 20m away? or the beam?

I agree. Those are very good protection for the money.
They are not as good as alot of the certified goggles. But I have a few pair of them. And I think they are more comfortable than my brothers $200.00 pair.
