The first question have still not resolved yet,for far over a week.
No appointment was kept, and still I'm waiting, for a half of the day.

Someone said he had all his questions replied, so this isn't his best, right?

There wasn't any announcement saying he's busy, so I am not able to understand this situation.

Can somebody explain this to me, please?

I am busy and that is why in the last month I did not reply to all questions very quickly.

I replied this morning saying I will reply in two hours , and just could not reply till now.

-I'm sorry for bothering, but then what had made you just tell me "there would be reply soon", instead of making such notification?

Still can't comprehend the reason why you are excusing *after the post.

That is a nice addition to your front page. I know that an informed customer even if it is bad news or a delay is much happier than a customer not receiving any updated information. Please see that I am supporting you and not picking on you :D
Just want to say that I am very sorry to see so much turmoil in your part of the world with all the fighting/wars/conflicts.
Hope that you and all your loved ones stay safe!! :)
 
Don't worry He packed my lasers and sent them off this weekend. I ordered mine about the same time so I'm sure yours are on the way. I expect them in a week from now. I will post a review then

I think he spread himself too thin. He needs assistant to help him with the emails and packing. Those things take as much time if not more time than assembling the lasers.

I turly apologize. I emailed you this morning and thought I could reply sooner. It just took a bit more time.

I emailed you a detailed response with answers to all of questions a few hours ago.

If you need anything else , let me know :beer:
