Replace 405nm Diode from Bob laser pen?

I bought this used bobs laser 200mw 405nm pen here. it was broken when i purchased it. I have tested this module with my multimeter and the button is working and im getting power to diode everything checks out. Think i need new 405nm diode. what new diode can i fit in here? Anybody tinker with a bob laser pen before??... can i just slap any PHR in here and call it a day or something bigger??
