Does anybody know of any video games that deal with the time dialation and other general weirdness caused by high velocities? I am aware of one game that does, A Slower Speed of Light, which is totally worth checking out, but I wonder if there are any others?

Dunno if you're looking for a simulation kind of game, I think the Half Life series has to do with some form of time travel... I remember watching the final scene of Half Life 2 and it had a lot to do with physics. For the few minutes I've played the game, there were some references to physics (Some guy in the game said "I have a theoretical degree in physics" lol)

The thing with searching for similar games is that they usually end up being a lot worse than the game you want it to be similar to. That's because most of the times that certain game is so unique/good that pretty much every other game that is a bit alike just feels worse.

I suppose I should clarify more. Does the forum know of any games where a central mechanic is relativistic effects? Like, a Strategy game where your units age slower if they're moving quickly, or if they're far from a gravity well? Or perchance a platformer where the stage ahead of you gets blue-shifted as you run forward.

I think the reason why the "A Slower Speed of Light" became fairly famous is because it is so unique... It would be hard to find similar games... Think of Minecraft when it started a few years ago

eve onlines focus isnt time dilation or of that nature, but it is in space, you warp around faster than light, and at the higher game content you can move into wormholes that have altered laws of "physics".

pretty fun game imo
