Related material, Belonging

Related material, Belonging needed ASAP!

Ok hey guys, I need any form of media that you's can find about "belonging".. it needs to have a good strong story to it which I can make conections to within other texts. The related material can be in any form eg film, comic, cartoon, image, poem, etc etc.. I have already 2 related texts, they are arrival by shaun tan and fox by margret wild. these are pretty basic texts and I thought you guys might have better ideas then me. it must enbody the consept of belonging!!!

PS: please dont list ones that are found on forums because every one uses them.. I want to be sorta unique and project the concept of belonging with a differnt spin.

PSS: please dont list generic stories ect such as

fight club
ugly duckling
hey hey its Esther Blueburger
The Rabbit Proof Fence
The Catcher in the Rye
mean girls
the list goes on...

If you can do that I will happly +rep you plus you will look really smart!

There's a book called "Casiperro del hambre" which relates the story of a dog who has to go from house to house, owner to owner because he can't fit in in any home and he gets kicked out several times. It's a book for kids, not short, but if you find it you'll be the "exotic reader" of the class.

Here's the summary: Aventuras y desventuras de Casiperro del Hambre; Graciela Montes

You'll have to translate it, though.
