Red laser module??






Hmmm. It seems a little odd, never having seen that type of casing for a red module. However I don't have experience with it so I can't really say firsthand. But if it's anything like green modules from china, it's probably horribly underspec. But that driver might be worth something. Maybe this would be a safe pot mod if it's an LOC diode and you were to do it VERY cautiously.

But personally I'd just stick to the tried and true aixiz modules :)
