Red Burner For U.S

I would like to get a red laser that would pop a balloon relatively quickly and maybe light a match

This would be easy at deal extreme but im in the us (F U FDA)

Soa nyone wanna sell something like this for around 60?

also if anyone is willing to buy then ship me a dilda for dx iw ould pay them like 10$

Rayfoss is good as well from what I here and they ship to the U.S. as well. Both are equally good companies though.

Edit: I have the laser from the first link. Burns things within just a few seconds. Given that they are black or very dark in color of course.

Depends. If you have little to no light pollution, then yes you can see the beam pretty well. Nothing like a green beam, IMO though.
