Recommended safety goggles?

Can anyone give me some suggestions as to what goggles/glasses i should get? i'd much prefer glasses but goggles that arne't too big are ok..

just started in the >300mw club so i'd like to protect my eyes before i let that thing lase around the house

it'd be great if you could link me to somewhere that sold 532nm and 405nm glasses as well
