I've read many threads and don't really understand which are best.
Thanks.

EDIT: Where are the best batteries sold? Costco? Samsclub? Best buy? Radio shack? WHERE!

I love Sanyo eneloops. Both AA and AAA's. I know some will disagree with me, but their capacity is more than what they state on the batteries. I have tested them in my charger and they are very consistent. They are LSD (Low Self Discharge) batteries meaning they will only lose about 85% of their capacity over a year. So while they are not the highest capacity battery around, they will last longer because they will require less charging.

I am looking to put out good money for some batteries that will keep my laser at max power for a good 5 minutes and will do it every time when I charge it. Are they good for this?

It should be no problem. I ordered mine from Battery Bob as he was the cheapest I could find. The thing is I don't know if the Nova puts out more power with lithium vs alkalines.
