Ok so this is my first time owning a blu laser of any kind, it is really cool! It is more like a UV laser (black lite) and is really hard to focus on. Since the human eye does not focus UV light very well, it appears to have a halo around the spot. I think this is caused by the lens of your eye brings UV light to focus just above the retina. Anyway, i think the laser is really cool.
Here is my review:
The biuld is the exact same as the red 200mW new style laser that O-Like has for sale. The focusing head is nice and smooth from the silicone grease used on the threads. It does not shift while focusing and the beam quality is great. It uses the same CR2 rechageable batteries.....the batteries for this laser go in opposite of those in the red laser. Positive faces the tail cap.
The laser spot is difficult to see outdoors due to the low wavelength, but indoors it is cool! I had to smoke up the room for the beam to be visible in my photos. The video I shot is cool, I am burning leather and lighting three matches. However the exact focus point of the laser was hard to see, the matches usually ignight instantly. Well i hope some of you will buy one of these, it really is neat!
