Really... Shocked! - Color changing laser

Hi everyone! Today, looking for advance videos about taser designs, I have found one in which a guy is using a color changing laser!?

I don't know if this have been posted before or if the guy is in the forum and have make a thread previously, correct me pls.

The laser starts glowing at second 0:25.
