Dodgy direct translation and overly happy little dudes is definitely pretty funny A good introductory set of slides by the looks!

Edit: Definitely behind stickying this. A simplified useful resource for new people I think.

I thought this was aimed at people unfamiliar with lasers in general and laser diodes in particular. It does contain some good information for members not already familiar with laser diodes. Glad you added this to the stickies, Tero.
