Green laser pointer can make <150mW output power by pen styles!And SD-300 200mw green laser actually contains 2 power（ green and infrared ）!

they can, but they shouldn't be made that powerful. if you want something that powerful (or higher), then you should go with something with a good heatsink and runs off li-ion batteries
