Is this (150C-A-.1-C/ERB) a suitable head for reading lasers like mine? Or is it just for C02 and Er:YAG lasers? (i have no idea what the second one is

It should work for other lasers as well, it just has the disadvantage that it won't read anything below 60mw.

With that head part number you will need to multiply
the output voltage by 10 to get 1mV/1mW readings.
