Hello all,

As im sure most of you have seen I recently acquired my first yellow & it is everything I have wanted, great color etc...

That being said I recently started thinking what are the wavelengths the pointers I own used for? Im not talking about "used as a pointer to point at things". I mean....593.5nm must have a specific use that 473nm/635nm/532nm & 650nm can't match, same for the others. Basically, was hoping someone could explain to me which wavelength I own(refer to signature) is normally used for in the laser field.

Furthermore, I also am curious to know how such complex DPSS processes have managed to find a way into pens & be enjoyed by hobbyists like myself. Was it because people wanted a pen? Was it because it was cheap enough?
Im here learn so enlighten me please :)
