[Public Help Request]Big LED circuit

Hi All.

I am planing on building a led infinity mirror with these leds
DealExtreme: $5.67 14000mcd 50Packs White 5Mm Led
DealExtreme: $2.93 5mm UV LED Emitters (20-Pack)

Total of 50 white LEDs and 40 uv LEDs
The goal: Operating each of them @3.5V ~20-30mA

Are there any circuit boards on DX - maybe flashlight section (preferably with different modes) - i can use for my project.
I want 3 cirucuit boards in a single circuit.
One to operate just the whites, one for just the UVs and another one to light them all up.

Possible ? If so... will there be enough power coming from 2 x 18650

I am a noob with circuits so please forgive me
