Protective Panel/Glass to use with cnc machine

Hello All !

My name is Dave, i have joined this forum because i am trying to mod my cnc machine, mounting a little 2W blue diode to cut paper (thin cardboard).

I have bought protective glasses but i want to build an enclosure for the machine, to keep away fumes and laser reflections.

I would like to apply a panel/filter to see the machine working, like the ones you see on professional machines, but i was not able to find a seller.

Do anyone know where i can buy this type of panel/flat glasses ?

It's not the answer you're looking for, but I'd install a ventilation system instead of enclosing the cut paper. Enclosing it would result in your glass panel blackening over time and trapping the fumes. Sure, it'd keep it away from your face but that doesn't mean it's out of the way.

And the goggles will sort out reflections on their own. Or they should, anyway. As long as there aren't any mirrors around.
