Problem with FlexMod and GGW.

I am having a problem with my FlexMod and GGW blu-ray.

When I test my GGW with a bench power supply, I get 210mW @ 180ma @6.12V.
I set the FlexMod current using the procedure in the manual. I set it at 180ma.

When I connect the Diode to the FlexMod, I only get 68 mW with the mod voltage at 5V. Power stops climbing at 2V on the modulation input. When I measure the diode forward voltage I only get 4.88V.:thinking:

I'm not having any problems with the Green or Red connected to the other 2 FlexMods.

I tried connecting the FlexMod to a dummy load and adjusting the current, but once I reached ~100 mA it wouldn't go any higher.:cryyy:

Nevermind, found the problem. I assumed that the FlexMod was a boost driver like the Flexdrive. Since I am driving it with a 5v psu, its maxed out. I'll need to find a small 12v psu to replace the 5v unit in my scanner.
